The Role

Develop and implement HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
