Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at Shree Balaji Agora Mall located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, developing HR policies, handling employee relations effectively, handling the payroll of the company, developing effective appraisal schemes, and recruiting quality staff.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus
• Relevant hiring skills
