Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, located in Gurugram. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, managing inhouse recruitment and maintaining employee relations. The role involves strategic planning, employee development, and liaising with senior management to drive the company's HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Employee branding, orgainizing townhalls and events
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Experience in managing HR functions within a corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a

  Master's degree is prefered

• Detailed working of payroll processing
• Managing internal recrutiment

Note

Relevant experience in similar consulting firms will be prefered.
