Head of Human Resources

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR leader to head the Human Resources function for our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic vision, people-first leadership, and proven expertise in shaping HR practices for fast-growing real estate or hospitality companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
• Partner with the leadership team to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build a performance-driven culture by strengthening employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
• Drive HR policies, compliance, and best practices in line with industry standards.
• Oversee manpower planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee retention and culture-building across projects and corporate offices.

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  15 years of progressive HR experience
