About the Role



The Head of HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness.



Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency at English and Chinese.
