Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in HR leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency at English and Chinese.
