HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership:

  Lead end-to-end HR functions in alignment with business goals.

• Change Management:

  Drive organizational change initiatives, manage transitions, and ensure team alignment through transformation phases.

• Talent Acquisition & Planning:

  Lead strategic workforce planning and senior-level hiring.

• Performance Management:

  Implement performance frameworks and ensure timely reviews and feedback culture.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  Maintain a high-engagement culture with focus on retention and employee well-being.

• Policy Design & Compliance:

  Create and revise HR policies; ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws.

• L&D and Capability Building:

  Design training programs aligned with skill and leadership development.

• HR Operations:

  Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR automation initiatives.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Act as a key advisor to top leadership on people-related strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including

  5+ years in a leadership role

  .
• Proven expertise in

  Change Management

  and driving HR transformations.
• Industry exposure to

  Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure

  is highly preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and HR operational best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
