Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources located in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering positive employee relations. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and developing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in startup or tech industry is a plus
