Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources located in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering positive employee relations. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
