We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to head our HR department. The successful candidate will have experience in handling HR functions, preferably in a recruitment firm or a similar industry. Additionally, we require experience in greenfield projects, where you have set up HR processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Drive organizational growth through strategic HR planning
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
• Set up HR processes for greenfield projects or similar experience

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar industry
• Experience in setting up HR processes in greenfield projects
• Proven track record in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
