Performance & Leadership Development: Implement performance management systems and leadership development programs that enhance operational efficiency and cultivate future leaders. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites. Change Management & Agility: Lead organizational change initiatives to support growth, innovation, and operational transformations. Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to labour laws, health & safety standards, and company policies across manufacturing locations. Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, using HR analytics and insights to drive informed decision-making. Candidate Profile: Experience: 15-20 years in HR roles with substantial exposure to manufacturing industries. Experience in capital goods or engineering firms preferred. MBA in HR from a reputed institution Education: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution. We offer a unique integrated service of Search & selection, Assessment & Transition coaching (S-A-T) for CXO level hiring. We operate through a 12-15 months of engagement with our clients for each CXO level hiring, as we take the responsibility to not only find a suitable candidate but also ensure they transition into their roles effectively and become successful. We are vested in both our client & the candidates success. Role & Responsibilities: The Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives. Responsible for conducting competency based interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles. Administering psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpreting the report and creating a summary report for submission to the Client. Day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process. Working with PGC's internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitating chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate, facilitating the transition coaching process over 6-12 months and eventual seamless integration of executives into their role and culture of the Client organisation.
