Senior Executive Search Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at PGC, your role involves identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-level executives using AI tools for hands-on research. You will be responsible for screening and assessing candidates for executive roles, administering psychometric assessments, interpreting reports, and creating recommendation reports for client review. Your tasks will include consulting with clients, understanding their needs, providing updates on hiring progress, sharing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process. In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate, and kick-start the transition coaching process. Monitoring the transition coaching process over 6-18 months (based on the contract duration with the client) to ensure its success will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Excellent consultation and client management skills - Strong interpersonal communication skills in English - Effective planning, organizing, follow-up, and relentless execution skills - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams - Prior experience in executive search with a search firm is mandatory - An MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred.,
