We are vested in both our client & the candidates success. Role & Responsibilities: The Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives. Responsible for conducting competency based interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles. Administering psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpreting the report and creating a summary report for submission to the Client. Day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process. Working with PGC&aposs internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitating chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate, facilitating the transition coaching process over 6-12 months and eventual seamless integration of executives into their role and culture of the Client organisation. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Post-Graduate degree in HR, Psychology, MSW, or MBA with specialization in Human Resources. 3-4 years of experience in HR or Talent Transformation roles. Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Expertise : Understanding of Human Resources principles, Organizational Behavior, and Talent Management. Experience in Competency Matrix development using frameworks. Ability to design and deliver reports, dashboards, SOPs, and analytics for leadership reviews. Experience in supporting Talent Development programs. Understanding of DE&I practices and performance review tools.
