Role & Responsibilities:

1. They will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives.
2. They are expected to be adept at using various AI tools to perform hands-on research to zero in on most suitable candidates.
3. They must be adept at screening and assessing candidates' suitability for the executive roles.
4. They should have ability to administer psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpret the report and create a recommendation report for client review.
5. Be willing to perform day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, understanding their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client / candidate confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process.
6. They will be required to work with PGC's internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate.
7. They will be required to facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate and kick-start the transition coaching process.
8. They will be required to monitor the transition coaching process over 6-18 month (based on the contract duration with the client) and ensure its success.

Qualifications

• Excellent consultation and client management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills in English
• Effective planning, organising, follow-up and relentless execution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Prior experience in executive search with a search firm is mandatory
• MBA from reputed institute will be preferred
