Practice Lead Executive Search

As a Practice Lead for Executive Search at PGC, your primary responsibility will be managing the P&L of the practice. Your role will involve business development, client fulfilment, and identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-level executives. You will utilize various AI tools for hands-on research to identify the most suitable candidates. Additionally, you will conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates" suitability for executive roles. You will need to administer Hogan psychometric assessments, interpret the results, and create a summary candidate recommendation report for client review. Your day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients, providing progress updates on hiring, maintaining confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitate chemistry meetings, and monitor the transition coaching process over the contract duration. Qualifications: - Strong consultation skills - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment - Strong planning, organizing, follow-up, and execution skills - Excellent client management skills - MBA from a reputable institute - Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams - Prior experience in executive search is mandatory PGC is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Business Transformation.
