Role & Responsibilities:

1. Practice Lead for Executive Search at PGC will be responsible for the P&L of the practice.
2. They will be responsible for business development and client fulfilment.
3. They will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives.
4. They are expected to be adept at using various AI tools to perform hands-on research to zero in on most suitable candidates.
5. They must be adept at conducting competency based interviews and assessing candidates suitability for executive roles.
6. They should have ability to administer the Hogan psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpret the report and creating a summary candidate recommendation report for client review.
7. Be willing to perform day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, understanding their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client / candidate confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process.
8. They will be required to work with PGC's internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate.
9. They will be required to facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate and kick-start the transition coaching process.
10. They will be required to monitor the transition coaching process over 6-18 month (based on the contract duration with the client) and ensure its success.

• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidates
• Strong planning, organising, follow-up and relentless execution skills
• Excellent client management skills
• MBA from an institute of repute
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Prior experience in executive search is mandatory
