Executive Coach & Human Resource Consultant

Role Overview: As an Executive Coach & Human Resource Consultant at PGC, you will be responsible for delivering various client projects under the SAT, VSA, and DRRP services. Your role will involve facilitating vision & strategy workshops, advising on organizational design, coaching key players, and influencing change within client organizations. You will work closely with senior leaders, create implementation plans, and help in making pivot decisions on talent. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver client projects including psychometric assessments, debriefing, and transition coaching under the SAT service. - Facilitate vision & strategy workshops, create execution roadmaps, advise on Org design, and participate in client meetings under the VSA service. - Provide developmental coaching, advise on reward programs, and assist in talent decisions under the DRRP service. - Conduct selection-based interviews, administer psychometric assessments, and work hands-on with clients on various projects. Qualifications Required: - ICF certified coach with valid credentials - Hogan Certified and active practitioner - Certification in Org Development & Change is an added advantage - 500+ hours of recent coaching experience with an ICF approved coaching framework - Minimum 10 years of industry work experience and 5 years of HR consulting experience - Excellent facilitation & consultation skills - Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients - Willingness to travel across India and internationally for 1-2 weeks on client projects.,
