  1. SAT:

    SAT is an integrate service comprising of CXO level search & selection, assessment (on personality, ability & culture fit) and transition coaching (6-12 months post joining) to drive integration into role & company culture.
  2. VSA:

    VSA is an integrated service of co-creating the business Vision, a 3-5 year strategic roadmap & driving leadership alignment through a detailed execution plan to meet the desired goals.
  3. DRRP:

    DRRP is the process of providing developmental coaching support to leaders to improve their effectiveness, designing and institutionalising business reviews, aligning reward programs to right behaviours and enabling clients make pivot decisions on talent that is either mis-aligned or ineffective to execute the strategy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site retainer role located in Bengaluru for an Executive Coach & Human Resource Consultant. The Executive Coach & Human Resource Consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering various client projects encompassing psychometric assessments, debriefing and transition coaching (under SAT service).
  2. Facilitating vision & strategy workshops, workings with clients to create execution roadmaps, advising on Org design and structure, creating scorecards, monitoring implementation plans, and participating in MBR/QBRs of the client (under VSA service).
  3. Influencing change with senior leaders in the client organisation, developmental coaching to key players, drafting & advising on implementation of reward programs and enabling organisations making pivot decisions on talent (under the DRRP service).
  4. This role does not include conducting executive search, but includes selection based interviews, administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
  5. Working hands-on with clients on the project, such as making own presentations using ms-powerpoint, financial or business scorecards using ms-excel and creating reports using ms-word.

Qualifications

  • ICF certified coach, with valid credentials
  • Hogan Certified and an active practitioner
  • Certification in Org Development & Change from a reputed body will be added advantage
  • 500+ hours of recent coaching experience with an ICF approved coaching framework
  • Minimum 10 years of industry work experience and 5 years of HR consulting experience
  • Excellent facilitation & consultation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders & clients
  • Willing to travel across India and internationally for 1-2 weeks (if required) on client projects
