Leverage deep knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes to design analytics solutions. 5. Manage and deliver analytics projects within deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality. 6. Work on large datasets to identify key risk factors, customer behavior trends, and business insights. 7. Develop and implement scorecards, propensity models, and predictive analytics frameworks. 8.Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile: a. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. b. 3-6 years of proven experience in data analytics, particularly in BFSI/Insurance domains. c. Strong expertise in SAS & SQL (mandatory); Python is a plus. d. Hands-on experience in risk modeling, scorecards, and propensity models. e. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. f. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. g. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. h. Experience in handling large datasets and delivering high-quality analytics solutions. Preferred Skills: a. Experience in financial risk modeling, credit risk, or fraud analytics. b. Exposure to AI/ML techniques for insurance analytics is a plus. c. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
