The team structure is flat and collaborative, you will report to the VP of Marketing but work closely with content, product marketing and product management counterparts, services experts and sales.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth and demand generation strategy that drives pipeline generation, brand awareness, and establishes market leadership. Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the funnel – from demand creation, qualification and demand capture.
- Own the development of campaigns to support net new pipeline creation across new logos.
- Drive customer expansion campaigns to support upsell and cross-sell motions by developing programs aligned with the customer lifecycle, generating pipeline and creating interest.
- Interlock with regional marketing and sales stakeholders to align global campaign creation and execution in support of core markets across EMEA & APAC regions.
- Be the voice of the GTM funnel and lead the marketing to sales handoff.
- Contribute to the development of impactful market narratives and related messaging/content, leading seamless integration into multi-channel campaigns.
- Track and measure the performance of all marketing activities and develop reporting of key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership to determine the correct talent, outsourced agency and tech mix; optimize costs while delivering growth.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and emerging technology changes to evolve our tech stack and make recommendations to drive efficiency and insight.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the GTM team.
- Oversee the effectiveness of the marketing CRM (Hubspot) and its admins.
Requirements
- Be the creative marketer leader who can adapt to the pace of the business.
- Advanced proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Ability to be scrappy with data and analytics and develop dashboards in Looker (or similar tools); convey a data story to drive meaningful change and impact.
- Experience with marketing tools that support ABM (ie. 6Sense or similar) paid search and social, and programmatic marketing.
- Experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing team.
- A deep understanding of the enterprise B2B SaaS marketing landscape and the latest demand generation best practices targeting technical buyers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
