Role Summary:

Finance Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Optimization & Treasury Management

• Drive a

  disciplined cash conversion cycle

  and unlock

  free cash flow

  across business verticals.
• Liaise with

  US HQ

  on global treasury practices, ensuring tight

  cash controls

  and

  effective repatriation/usage

  of funds.

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Deliver accurate, timely

  monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

  in line with

  corporate expectations and regulatory standards

  .
• Maintain financials under both

  local GAAP

  and

  US GAAP

  ; ensure full

  audit compliance

  and transparency.

Accounting & Taxation

• Implement scalable accounting systems and ensure timely statutory

  tax filing

  and

  regulatory compliance

  .
• Lead

  tax planning

  , including managing representations before statutory authorities.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

  align business strategy and financial goals

  .
• Act as a

  finance advisor

  , providing insight for strategic decision-making, capex prioritization, and risk management.

Budgeting, MIS & Performance Tracking

• Own the

  budgeting process

  , perform variance analysis, and execute course corrections.
• Provide insightful

  MIS reports

  and dashboards to the

  Board / KMPs

  to track performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Risk & Governance

• Identify

  financial risks

  and develop mitigation strategies.
• Set up

  internal controls

  and compliance frameworks to ensure operational integrity.

CAPEX Management

• Evaluate and approve capital expenditures in line with

  long-term value creation

  and

  strategic priorities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead a team of high-performing finance professionals;
