As the Head of Enterprise SaaS Sales, you will strategically lead and scale our global sales of asset management products to the CFO’s office, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build and lead a high-performance sales team, establish strategic sales processes, nurture enterprise-level relationships, and align go-to-market initiatives with company growth objectives.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting mid-market and large enterprise accounts globally.
· Drive predictable revenue through effective sales forecasting, pipeline management, and structured sales methodologies.
· Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and channel alliances to enhance market reach and customer acquisition.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of cohesive go-to-market strategies.
· Establish robust processes for identifying customer needs, demonstrating solution value, managing proof-of-concept trials, and successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
· Regularly report sales performance metrics and strategic insights to executive management, driving continuous improvement.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales focused on enterprise solutions.
· Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
· Exceptional understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles, negotiation strategies, and buyer personas within finance, audit, and/or IT sectors.
· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA or similar) or a degree in finance are highly desirable.
