We are seeking an experienced and driven Head to lead our Business Growth Department and
drive sales and business development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales
function — from strategy development to execution — ensuring strong client relationships,
effective team management, and revenue generation.
* Lead and manage the overall operations of the Sales Department.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
* Interface directly with client leads to become a trusted advisor.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve outcomes.
* Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
* Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
* Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role
(minimum 5–7 years preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
* In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Numerically literate with the ability to align financial analysis with policy.
* Target-driven with a focus on results and team performance.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
