We’re looking for a Head of Business Growth to lead our sales and business development function — not just as a department head, but as a driver of company-wide impact. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships and teams into performance powerhouses.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end leadership of the Sales & Business Development function

• Designing and executing winning sales strategies aligned with our business goals

• Leading client meetings, high-impact presentations, and closing key deals

• Building trusted relationships with decision-makers and becoming their go-to growth partner

• Working cross-functionally with internal teams for smooth delivery and client delight

• Monitoring KPIs, refining tactics, and driving a culture of continuous improvement

• Identifying new market opportunities and fueling business expansion

• Preparing insightful reports, forecasts, and strategy updates for leadership

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in a senior Sales / Business Development leadership role

• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed ambitious sales targets

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Strategic thinking and a strong analytical mindset

• Experience working with CRMs and a data-driven approach to sales

• Team-first leadership style and the ability to inspire high performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or experience in related business sector
