Head of Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Operations Head with a proven track record in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in either a real estate mandate company or within the marketing division of a real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Drive lead generation, sales growth, and market penetration initiatives.
• Understand local market trends and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.

Marketing & Strategy:

• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (offline & digital).
• Coordinate with internal and external creative teams for content and collateral development.
• Monitor campaign performance & ROI, optimize based on analytics.
• Lead project branding and go-to-market strategy for new launches.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure process efficiency across sales & marketing.
• Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Streamline coordination between field sales, marketing, and back-end support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, preferably at a mandate company or in marketing division of a developer.
• Fluency in Telugu, with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, marketing techniques, and regional market dynamics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing automation tools.
