Head of Social Media & Communications (On-site, India)
We are hiring an experienced Head of Social Media & Communications to own brand storytelling, demand-generation social campaigns, and corporate communications—on-site in India.Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead a high-impact social media and communications strategy aligned with product marketing, demand generation, and corporate goals.
- Develop and execute integrated content plans (organic + paid) across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta, and emerging channels to drive awareness, leads, and thought leadership.
- Manage and mentor a small multidisciplinary team (content creators, community managers, paid specialists) and coordinate with agency partners.
- Oversee community engagement, reputation management, and real-time crisis communications with clear escalation protocols.
- Own social KPIs—engagement, share of voice, lead attribution, CPL—and deliver regular insights and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead influencer and partner programs, media relations, and executive communications to amplify product launches, research, and customer success stories.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6+ years in social media/communications with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Healthcare / Medical industry
- Proven track record designing and scaling paid + organic social campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Strong content and brand storytelling skills—case studies, thought leadership, executive narratives.
- Hands-on experience with social ad platforms (Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube), analytics tools (GA4, native socials), and scheduling/monitoring platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, crisis communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Available to work on-site in India (office-based role) and manage in-market campaigns.
Preferred
- Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise technology marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO-best practices for social and content amplification.
- Experience running influencer or analyst relations programs and managing PR agencies.
