Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Strong understanding of HR functional areas (recruitment, OD, L&D, IR, HR operations) Drive end-to-end recruitment for the vertical, ensuring the right talent is hired within timelines. Collaborate with business heads on talent planning and pipelining for critical roles. Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration processes. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are effectively implemented across the vertical. Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, POSH, and other applicable regulations. Manage HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for leadership review. Partner with the corporate HR team on salary benchmarking and compensation structuring. Ensure fair and competitive reward strategies in alignment with business goals. Manage payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration. Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of business and HR alignment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. High emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Preferred candidate profile Language Preference: Should Mandatorily Know Kannada & English One of these languages Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam
