Position Overview:
The Head - Finance Process & Systems will lead the implementation and stabilization of SHAPE+ (SAP-based) platform across Finance, with a core focus on Accounts Payable (AP), followed by Accounts Receivable (AR) and related reporting processes. This role will act as the bridge between finance operations and system transformation, ensuring end-to-end process excellence, data accuracy, and system adoption across functions and regions. It will drive design governance, testing, training, deployment, and user support for SHAPE+ modules. Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:
SHAPE+ Implementation Leadership

Act as the program lead for Finance on SHAPE+ rollout and execution across India.

Lead end-to-end system implementation for AP, AR, and finance reporting modules.

Govern business blueprinting, configuration reviews, and test cycle validations.
Process Design & Standardization

Collaborate with global and regional teams to align local processes with global SHAPE+ templates.

Standardize finance processes (AP, AR, 3-way match, vendor management) across BUs and regions.

Identify improvement opportunities and drive simplification through automation.
Change Management & Training

Develop training plans and deliver capability building sessions for finance users.

Support change champions in finance and drive adoption at the ground level.

Ensure robust documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides are made available.
Post Go-Live Stabilization & Support

Monitor post-go-live performance, issue resolution, and system usage.

Coordinate with IT, Shared Services, and business controllers to ensure SLAs are met.

Support hypercare, enhancement requests, and local system integration.
Integration with Finance Control Environment

Ensure controls, reconciliations, and approval workflows are embedded in the SHAPE+ design.

Partner with R2R, Controlling, and Audit to align governance needs.

Enable system-led controls to reduce manual dependencies and enhance compliance.
Reporting & Analytics Enablement

Support transition of MIS reporting to SAP standard tools (e.g., Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAC).

Collaborate with Digital Finance teams to automate KPI dashboards and alerts.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Procurement, IT, Operations, Treasury, and Legal to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Represent finance in SHAPE+ steering committees and key governance forums. Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / CPA equivalent

Certified in SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA or equivalent
Experience:

Essential: 10 –12 years of experience in finance transformation or system implementation roles
