Role

The role around Manage the Finance Function of CIT Jaipur by optimising the resources available and ensure to meet all the deadlines and compliance with accuracy. To be part of CIT Leadership Team and support them in new initiatives to provide them valuable information to create database for benchmarking

A purpose driven role for you

Better Risk Management to mitigate the risk involved:
Construct and monitor reliable control systems Ensure that the CIT complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Maintain relations with external agencies Reconciliation of vendors accounts on regular basis to avoid any financial loss Analysis of Debit Balance time to time to have better control Financial Leadership for better financial reporting and cost management Developing financial data/tools to provide accurate information to the senior management team. Ensuring double check system to avoid any discrepancy in payments Participate in commercial Negotiation to Minimize the cost Manage Audits Ensure quarterly and yearly Statutory audit with minimum observations Ensure various Internal Audits with minimum observations Manage external Audits – Excise and Service tax, GST Improve resource management to have better productivity Mentor and develop proper team to cater the organization goal Arranging training wherever needed and having healthy discussion with team to have positive environment in the department P Proper Allocation of Work to have a healthy occupancy level of the team Create R&D support system Participation in CIT leadership meetings to provide Financial Inputs Understand R&D finance requirements & arrange to develop systems Create Database for future Benchmarking Projects spending Activity wise Man hour spent on Projects activity wise Closely coordinate and support the Finance activities of TCG- Germany Review of ABP Monthly Invoice Approvals Review of Large Capex Monitoring of Actual Spend Stakeholder Management along with Finance Head for TCG Drive Financial Analytics for the assigned BU Performance evaluation of the projects in R&D facility Competition benchmarking to understand the trends and analyse the outside-in perspective
