Job Description Job Purpose : Responsible for implementing strategies for retail door-to-door (D2D) delivery of fuel. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless fuel delivery experience to our customers. Responsibilities # ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 1 Executing Strategy Implement strategy for door-to-door delivery of fuel, aligning with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for D2D fuel delivery. Monitoring and selection of sustainable models & infrastructure, for fuel distribution models. 2 Executing Retail door delivery Models Conduct Industry Analysis and drive new market opportunities. Categorisation of network and recommending relevant strategies, diversified procedures and strategies for business involving third party investments through franchisees and firms in domain. Guide on the regulations & statutes to align rollouts and consolidation. Drive the internal & external approval process Regional Distribution Establish the Regional Distribution process flow, standards SoPs and controls. Monitor and Support in the roll-out and consolidation phase. In close coordination with EPC, & Marketing teams establish Region-wise wise project charter & costs in facility implementation, branding etc. Execute compelling value propositions for all stake holders as establish. Monitor that Regional teams and franchises are trained on the process, equipment handling, safety practises and standards and process flows. Monitor that Customers are being tagged in the app and orders are flowing to the ROs and TSMs. 4 D2D App Ensure the execution of a mobile application to support D2D business operations, including tracking customer demands, tagging it to the distributors and retail outlets, and facilitating order delivery. Ensure customers are able to place orders, and that these data alerts (orders) are flowing to the right field teams and field teams have access to this data. Ensure a good fuel deliver experience for the customers Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure the app meets business requirements and user expectations. Track execution against plan, highlight risks & deviations. 5 To plan and coordinate with field sales force for Network creation and achieving sales objectives at individual retail outlets. Guide/Assist Regional teams in screening opportunities, on-boarding, piloting & roll-outs Develop and implement sales schemes for fleet customers Check daily sales reports to track customer acquisition and retention. In case of repeat purchase orders not coming, connect with beg key pleayers to understand their expectations and concerns. Drive KPIs of Sales targets and customer acquisitions. Track, analyse and evaluate margin optimisation variables and opportunities 6 Term Sheet Approvals & Alignment Internal Stake holders Monitor and approve the Term Sheets for the budgets both Capex & Opex for stakeholder approvals, vendor on boarding. Be aware of competitive scenarios and business economics to to monitor and approve deals Review and approve proposals for desired mandates to bring opportunities closure 7 Program Management Continuous engagement with Retail & other Retail and Support teams for effective work group management. Effective coordination with Vendors/ statutory bodies for aligned rollout & management.. 8 Monitor Compliance & performance reports Monitor app performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as needed. Monitor process adherence and effectiveness. Monitor adherence to the SOP standards and process flows Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports 9 Best Practices Integration & Statutory Norms Bring in best practices from both industry and non-industry sectors to inform app development processes, user experience design, and data management strategies. Be abreast on Statutory norms & Industry trends. Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for app enhancements and improvements. Qualifications Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Engineering graduate or Post Graduate In Marketing Managements from reputed Institutions Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years’ experience, preferably 8 years in Petroleum Industry operating in domain of Retail Marketing & Operations.
