Job Summary:

The Backend Head will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring revenue assurance, managing customer relationships, and supporting strategic business decisions through data analysis and business intelligence tools. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to align business goals with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Assurance:

-         Monitor billing, collection, and revenue leakage.

-         Ensure reconciliation of sales, service provisioning, and collection data.

Customer Relationship Management:

-         Oversee post-sale customer support systems and ensure timely issue resolution.

-         Coordinate with CRM teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Market & Competitive Analysis:

-         Track market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities.

-         Provide insights for strategic planning and pricing strategies.

Use of BI Tools:

-         Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or like generate dashboards, MIS, and performance reports.

-         Automate reporting to support real-time decision-making.

Business Preparation:

-         Support in planning and launching new business initiatives.

-         Prepare feasibility reports, business models, and execution plans.

Performance Analysis & Review:

-         Evaluate team and business unit performance against targets.

-         Provide insights and reports for monthly and quarterly reviews.

Demand Forecasting & Material Management:

-         Collaborate with sales and operations to predict demand accurately.

-         Monitor inventory, procurement planning, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Finance, or related field( MBA preferred )

·      8–12 years of experience in operations, strategy, or backend business support.

·      Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and BI tools.

·      Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·      Ability to handle cross-functional teams and high-pressure environments.
