Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team at ITC Mughal. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies with guests.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
