Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and courteously.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
