Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate Housekeeping. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 year of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by performing duties efficiently.
