Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate Housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional housekeeping services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the job.
