Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Officer to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and be based in Naukri.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote excellent customer service practices.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality or related fields, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
