Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Science (Polymers) or B.Tech in Plastics Technology Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in plastic sales, especially in resins and films Strong understanding of plastic materials, industry trends, and market behaviors Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment Proficient in MS Office and SAP Software Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is mandatory
