Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering, inventory management, and quality control.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding guest expectations.
