Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Regenta SGS Gree
Note
l in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in an F&B setting.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest service, preferably in an F&B setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.
