Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Food & Beverage service department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain accuracy and record-keeping.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service is expected.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are crucial.
