Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team at Oberoi Resort in Shimla. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve performance, and achieve goals.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, reservation software, and other relevant technologies is preferred.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations and priorities are crucial.
