Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team at Trident Hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
