Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
