Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Relations Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and a strong background in guest relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery to guests.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality.
