Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Hyatt Place, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
