Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of the property, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role demands exceptional communication, problem-solving, and hospitality skills to uphold the brand’s premium service standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date guest records, preferences, and special requests.
  • Assist in arranging guest activities, local tours, or transport services.
  • Manage online and offline guest feedback and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Promote in-house services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle VIP guests and special occasions with personalized service.
  • Support in guest communication before and after their stay (via phone, email, or social platforms).
