Job Description

The Property Manager at Willmount will be responsible for the overall operations and guest satisfaction at the resort. The role includes managing daily staff activities, overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, handling guest issues, ensuring hygiene & safety standards, and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation that aligns with the Willmount brand.


Key Responsibilities:Operations & Property Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and security.
  • Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of all domes, common areas, and property infrastructure.
  • Conduct daily property inspections and take prompt action on maintenance needs.
  • Maintain proper coordination between various departments for smooth functioning.

Team Management

  • Supervise and schedule staff shifts; ensure adequate manpower is available at all times.
  • Train, guide, and monitor performance of front office, housekeeping, and service staff.
  • Handle conflict resolution and staff discipline as required.
  • Foster a guest-first, high-energy work culture.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
  • Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest reviews and implement continuous improvement plans.

Vendor & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for supply of materials, services, and maintenance support.
  • Manage inventory of linen, toiletries, amenities, and operational supplies.
  • Ensure timely payment and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Reporting & Financial Oversight

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, operations, expenses, and feedback.
  • Monitor petty cash and budget allocations within the property.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely submission of bills and expense details.

Coordination & Communication

  • Attend daily virtual team meetings with Head Office and report updates/issues.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, reservation, and management team for promotions, events, and bookings.
  • Execute property-level decisions taken during strategic meetings.

Other Details:

  • Salary Range: 25000 to 35000
