Property Operations & Management

  • Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness, maintenance gaps, and quality standards.
  • Oversee housekeeping schedules, deep cleaning cycles, inventory of linen and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure safety, utilities, and assets are functioning smoothly.
  • Check property readiness during onboarding or project handover.


Vendor & Team Coordination

  • Manage caretakers, housekeeping staff, and maintenance vendors.
  • Train on-ground teams on SOPs, quality control, and accountability.
  • Create duty roasters and ensure performance tracking.


Owner & Internal Coordination

  • Provide transparent updates to property owners regarding maintenance work and improvements.
  • Work closely with the internal reservations & finance team for expense approvals and billing items.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports summarising property status and tasks.


Inventory,

  • Track consumables, household supplies, and store usage.
  • Handle utility monitoring (electricity, Wi-Fi, water, gas) and payment reminders.
  • Maintain petty cash, vendor billing, and invoice records.
  • Maintain operational dashboards & MIS reports.


Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 

    1 year of experience

     in 

    property management / facility management

     (mandatory)
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi; Telugu preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp / basic tech tools
  • Ability to travel across properties in Hyderabad
  • Strong accountability, discipline, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours / weekends when required
