Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the clinic with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage front desk operations — handle walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with audiologists for smooth clinic flow.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
• Support sales and service teams with customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation (any stream).
• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service/front desk (healthcare experience preferred).
• Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Salary:

Up to ₹11,000 per month (based on experience)
