We’re Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Bhojpuri Mandatory) – Rajendra Nagar, Patna

Position: Customer Care Executive
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain proper call records and customer details.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bhojpuri and Hindi is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in customer support (preferred).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
